# Do you support GDPR compliance?

Hosting.com supports the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This article provides information about hosting.com and GDPR.

Hosting.com is committed to secure processing of data as well as transparency over any data collection practices.

As part of GDPR compliance, hosting.com has updated its Privacy Policy. This policy update provides more clarity over our data processing practices and is designed to give you more control over your information. The policy is effective May 25th, 2018.
