# Enabling catch all emails on Business/Professional packages

> You can set up a catch-all alias in SmarterMail on Business or Professional plans. Then stray messages arrive in one inbox and don't get lost forever.

**Create and assign a catch-all alias**

> Please note, if this option is not available please contact us

1. Log in to SmarterMail as the domain administrator.
2. Go to **More** > **Settings** > **Domain Settings** > **Aliases**.
3. Click New to create a new alias.

4. Type a name for the alias (e.g., "catchall").
5. Under the **Email Address(es)** tab, enter the email address where you want all unmatched emails to be delivered.
6. Enable the option **Use as domain catch-all**.
7. Click **Save**.
