# How to use FTP with Cyberduck on hosting.com Managed WordPress

> Learn how to use the Cyberduck application to access your hosting.com Managed WordPress website using FTP.

Every WordPress site on hosting.com Managed WordPress supports FTP access. This article describes how to use the Cyberduck application to access your account using FTP.

  If you have not already created an FTP account for your site, follow the procedure in [How to create an FTP account on hosting.com Managed WordPress](/docs/how-to-create-an-ftp-account-on-hostingcom-managed-wordpress) before configuring Cyberduck.

To configure Cyberduck, follow these steps:

1. Start Cyberduck.
2. Enter the following details:
   * **Server**: You can find the FTP server address in the hosting.com Dashboard on the **General** tab in the **Site Information** section, just above the **FTP Accounts** section.
   * **Port**: 21
   * **Username**: This is the username listed in the **FTP Accounts** section.
   * **Password**: This is the password you specified when you created the FTP account.
3. Click **Connect**. You can now upload and download files to and from your WordPress site using FTP.
