# Installing an SSL certificate site seal

This article describes how to install an SSL certificate site seal on your web site. An SSL certificate site seal is a small image file you can display on your site to help assure visitors that connections are encrypted and secure.

## DigiCert SSL certificates

If you have a DigiCert certificate installed on your web site, you can add a DigiCert certificate site seal to your web site. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Use your web browser to visit [https://docs.digicert.com/manage-certificates/digicert-site-seals/install-your-digicert-site-seal](https://docs.digicert.com/manage-certificates/digicert-site-seals/install-your-digicert-site-seal).

   >
   > If you do not have a DigiCert account, you must create one before you can obtain the seal.

2. Follow the step-by-step instructions to install the seal on your site.

## Sectigo SSL certificates

If you have a Sectigo SSL certificate installed on your web site, you can add a Sectigo certificate site seal to your web site. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Use your web browser to visit [https://sectigo.com/trust-seal](https://sectigo.com/trust-seal).

2. Under **Step 1**, select the type of certificate you purchased from the **Select Certificate Type** list box.

3. Under **Step 2**, select the desired image size using the **Sectigo Trust Seal** radio buttons.

4. Under **Step 3**, copy the automatically generated HTML using the **Copy to Clipboard** link, and then paste it into your own web site pages.

## RapidSSL SSL certificates

If you have a RapidSSL certificate installed on your web site, you can add a RapidSSL certificate site seal to your web site. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Use your web browser to visit [https://knowledge.digicert.com/solution/SO14424.html](https://knowledge.digicert.com/solution/SO14424.html).

2. Follow the step-by-step instructions to install the seal on your site.

## Symantec SSL certificates

If you have a Symantec SSL certificate installed on your web site, you can add a Symantec certificate site seal to your web site. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Use your web browser to visit your [Broadcom account](https://login.broadcom.com/).

   > If you do not have a Broadcom account, you must create one before you can obtain the seal.

2. Under **Choose Your Seal**, select the language, size, display format, and website URL for your seal.

3. Under **Create Your Seal Script**, click **I accept. Create script.**

4. Copy the automatically generated HTML, and then paste it into your own web site pages.

## GeoTrust QuickSSL Premium SSL certificates

Site seals for GeoTrust QuickSSL Premium SSL certificates are dynamic, with an embedded organization name, date, and timestamp.
