# Setting up BlueMail on Android

> Set up BlueMail on Android to access your hosting.com email with our step-by-step guide.

This article demonstrates how to set up the BlueMail email client on Android to access a hosting.com e-mail account.

To configure BlueMail to work with your hosting.com e-mail account, follow these steps:

1. Start BlueMail.

2. Tap **Add account**:\

3. Tap **Other Email**:\

4. In the first text box, type the e-mail address of the account you created in cPanel:\

5. In the second text box, type the password for the account you created in cPanel.

6. Clear the **Automatic** check box, and then tap **NEXT**.

7. On the **Account type** page, tap **IMAP**:\

8. Under **Incoming server settings**, in the **Email Address** text box, type the e-mail address of the account you created in cPanel:\

9. In the **Username** text box, type the e-mail address of the account you created in cPanel.

10. In the **Password** text box, type the password for the account you created in cPanel.

11. In the **IMAP server** text box, type *mail.example.com*, where ***example.com*** represents your domain name.

12. In the **Security** list box, tap **SSL/TLS**.

13. In the **Authentication** list box, tap **PLAIN**.

14. In the **Port** text box, type `993`.

15. Tap **NEXT**:\

16. Under **Outgoing server settings**, in the **SMTP server** text box, type*mail.example.com*, where ***example.com*** represents your domain name:\

17. In the **Security** list box, tap **SSL/TLS**.

18. In the **Port** text box, type `465`.

19. Select the **Require sign-in** check box.

20. In the **Authentication** list box, tap **AUTOMATIC**.

21. In the **Username** text box, type the e-mail address of the account you created in cPanel.

22. In the **Password** text box, type the password for the account you created in cPanel.

23. Tap **NEXT**:\

24. In the **Name** text box, type the name that you want to appear on messages you send from the account:\

25. In the **Description** text box, type an optional description for the account.

26. Tap **DONE**.

27. On the **Account Notifications** page, tap **Done**:\

28. Tap **NEXT** to view the short introduction, or tap **Skip**:\

29. BlueMail downloads any messages in the account, and the inbox appears:\
