The registrant must be one of the following:
  • An individual who is a citizen of an EU member state (regardless of place of residence) or resides in an EU/EEA country
  • A legal entity (company or organisation) established in an EU member state or a European Economic Area (EEA) country
A valid physical address or legal presence in the EU/EEA must be provided in the registrant details.
