Getting Started with hosting.com
Thank you for choosing hosting.com! This article will cover some basics for when you have just registered a domain or started your hosting service and provide some useful links to other articles to assist you get the most our of your services.

Logging In
To login, you just need your username and password. For newer accounts, this will be your email address you used when you created your account. On the home page, you will see an overview of your account and a summary of your services.
Managing products and services
Your products and services appear in a list when you click on Products & Services. This list contains all of the products and services you have with hosting.com.
For any product or service, click Manage to see:
- An overview of the product or service. The information presented here varies based on whether you select an email account, a hosting package or a domain.
- Billing settings for the product or service
- Additional settings for the product or service, such as account delegates
- For hosting products, you can click Login or Login to Control Panel to log in to the product account automatically (for example, cPanel or Professional Email)
Managing domains
When you are in the Products & Services section, you will see an option just to see your domain names. Upon clicking a domain, you will be able to:
- Lock and unlock a domain
- Update the nameservers for a domain
- Obtain an EPP code for a domain
- Manage auto-renewal settings for a domain

Managing billing
The billing section contains your recent order, invoices and payment methods. For tips and information about how to manage billing for your account, please see the Managing billing article.

Working with support
It's easy to reach out to our support team. From the home page, just click on the Manage support tickets button to create and view support tickets. You can also live-chat with us by using the circle on the bottom right.
