Enabling catch all emails on Business/Professional packages

You can set up a catch-all alias in SmarterMail on Business or Professional plans. Then stray messages arrive in one inbox and don't get lost forever.

Create and Assign a Catch-All Alias

  1. Log in to SmarterMail as the domain administrator.
  2. Go to More -> Settings > Domain Settings > Aliases.
  3. Click New to create a new alias.


  1. Enter a name for the alias (e.g., "catchall").
  2. Under the Email Address(es) tab, enter the email address where you want all unmatched emails to be delivered.
  3. Enable the option Use as domain catch-all.
  4. Click Save.
