Bangladesh customers can pay hosting.com invoices by bank transfer, SSLCommerz, or bank cheque. This article explains the available payment options, expected payment update times, applicable fees, and what to do if you need help with a payment.

Pay with SSLCommerz

SSLCommerz provides access to local electronic payment options. Depending on availability, these may include:
  • Credit, debit, and prepaid cards
  • bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay
  • Other mobile financial services
  • Internet banking
  • E-wallets
The payment methods displayed during checkout are the options currently available. A specific payment method may not always be offered. After a successful SSLCommerz transaction, your invoice is normally updated instantly.

Convenience Fee

The Convenience Fee shown during SSLCommerz checkout is a payment gateway charge. It may vary depending on your selected payment method. hosting.com does not determine or control this fee. The applicable charge is displayed during SSLCommerz checkout.

Pay by bank transfer

Contact our Billing Team for the designated bank account details if you do not already have them. After making the transfer, provide the following information so your payment can be verified:
  • Invoice number
  • Transaction ID or reference number
  • Payment date
  • Sender account name
  • Paid amount
  • Payment confirmation or slip, when requested
Bank transfer verification typically takes 1–2 working days. Your invoice can be confirmed as paid once the transfer has been verified.

Pay by bank cheque

Make your cheque payable to EYHOST LTD. and deposit it into the designated Eastern Bank PLC account. Contact our Billing Team for the current account details if needed. Provide the following information:
  • Deposit slip or scanned copy
  • Invoice number
  • Deposit date
  • Amount
Cheque clearance typically takes 2–3 working days. Your invoice can be confirmed as paid once cheque clearance and payment have been confirmed.

Money was deducted but my invoice is unpaid

If money was deducted from your account but your invoice is still showing as unpaid, contact our Billing Team through a support ticket. Include:
  • Invoice number
  • Transaction ID or reference number
  • Payment date and time
  • Paid amount
The Billing Team will investigate the payment. You can also contact Billing through a support ticket for:
  • Failed or pending payments
  • Duplicate payments
  • Incorrect payment amounts
  • Bank transfer or cheque verification problems
  • Other payment discrepancies

Protect your payment information

hosting.com currently does not store your bank card details or SSLCommerz payment credentials in its system. Payment information is handled through the SSLCommerz payment gateway. Never share sensitive payment information with a support agent or in a support ticket, including:
  • Full card number
  • CVV/CVC
  • PIN
  • OTP
  • Internet banking password
  • Mobile banking PIN or password
Enter sensitive payment information only through the appropriate secure payment interface.

Refunds

Refund requests require approval from our Billing/Accounts Team. Where possible, an approved refund is processed through the original payment method. Once approved, refund processing typically takes 2–10 working days. The actual processing time may vary depending on your payment method, bank, banking partner, SSLCommerz or other gateway processing, public holidays, and banking interruptions. This is an estimate, and an exact receipt date cannot be guaranteed. If you have a refund issue or an approved refund has not arrived, contact our Billing Team through a support ticket.
