Migration

If I switch to an Enhance Reseller plan, will you migrate my accounts for me? Yes. Our team will transfer each cPanel account from your current plan to Enhance on your behalf.

Can I migrate from cPanel to Enhance myself? Yes. Enhance includes a built-in cPanel importer that transfers websites, emails, and passwords — either through the UI or via SCP. A Plesk importer is also available.

Features & Functionality

Will I lose any features by switching to Enhance? No — on the contrary. Enhance plans include Monarx (an industry leader in server security) and a built-in WordPress Toolkit. You also get the ability to set a custom-branded control panel URL for your customers, among other additions.

Is WordPress management included? Yes. The WordPress Toolkit is bundled with Enhance at no extra cost. It includes one-click installs, staging, SSO, plugin management, and auto-update scheduling.

Will my customers get access to their own control panels? Yes. You will have a primary panel that manages all accounts, and each individual account will also have its own control panel.

Does Enhance come with the same email settings? Yes. Roundcube webmail is included. Settings for third-party email apps — including iPhone, Android, Outlook, and Thunderbird — remain the same.

What about RAM and CPU? Will I get less? No. Your plan will include the same or more RAM and CPU as the closest equivalent cPanel plan.

Are backups included? Yes. Enhance includes a built-in incremental backup system with granular restore options at no extra cost. S3-compatible third-party backup systems can also be configured alongside it.

Is the Enhance control panel mobile-friendly? Yes. Enhance is fully responsive and works on desktop, tablet, and mobile without any feature limitations.

Customization & Integrations

How customizable is the Enhance control panel? Enhance supports full white-label customization including logos, colors, fonts, and custom panel domains. You can also create custom hosting packages with specific feature sets and resource quotas.

What billing platforms does Enhance integrate with? Enhance integrates with WHMCS, Blesta, HostBill, and Upmind. A RESTful API is also available for custom integrations.
