How to use FTP with Cyberduck on Rocket.net Managed WordPress

Every WordPress site on Rocket.net Managed WordPress supports FTP access. This article describes how to use the Cyberduck application to access your account using FTP.

Important

If you have not already created an FTP account for your site, follow the procedure in How to create an FTP account for Rocket.net Managed WordPress before configuring Cyberduck.

To configure Cyberduck, follow these steps:

1. Start Cyberduck.
2. Enter the following details:
   • Server: You can find the FTP server address in the Rocket Dashboard on the General tab in the Site Information section, just above the FTP Accounts section.
   • Port: 21
   • Username: This is the username listed in the FTP Accounts section.
   • Password: This is the password you specified when you created the FTP account.
3. Click Connect. You can now upload and download files to and from your WordPress site using FTP.
